About Me

I developed my passion for Myofunctional therapy in 2019, I had been working as a hygienist for three years at this point, graduating from Eastern Washington University in 2016. I was at a cross roads with my career and was looking for something new. When I came across an article in RDH Magazine about Myo I decided to learn more about how this therapy could benefit my patients and their overall health. I found several mentors in this field that really shaped me and how I worked with patients. I was able to work with them for the last three years and work with patients full time during that time. It was amazing to be able to see the changes and growth in my patients and the benefit they have experienced through therapy. I have loved sharing these wins with my patients and how it affects their lives on a daily basis.
Myofunctional therapy has reignited my passion for my career and my own journey. Im excited to continue to work with amazing patients who are dedicated to their journey to improvement of their whole body health.

Some things I enjoy in my free time are traveling to new areas near or far. When I travel, I enjoy seeing new cultures, art, museums, trying native food, exploring different locations, events, and experience a new atmosphere. When Im home, I enjoy similar experiences, always trying new events, food, and areas in my hometown. Spending time with friends, family, dedicating time to working out and my health is a major priority in my life. I love to connect with people I believe we can all learn and grow from each other and I look forward to growing together!
